    My favorite aspect of the book was how the author portraid the character's life spinning increasingly out of her control and her feelings about it and attempts at keeping it all together and controlling the sometimes uncontrolable. While I didn't have many of Ji-won's exact experiences, the overall situation and feeling is so familiar to me - and it is very well portraid.

    I also liked the feminine rage of it all - although, at the same time, the whole "men do be scumbags" was laid on a little bit too thick. Like, every single male character is a ridiculously cartoonish villain. Which, I guess, can happen, but felt a little too much.

    The ending feels a bit rushed and a tad simplistic, but it's not bad.

    Overall, a surprisingly relatable read that has made me feel disgusted at feeling just a tiny bit curious...
