A "distressed gentleman," that is, a man without funds but with pretentions to former glory, is given a meal by Didier. The man, who says that he was once an actor, tells tales of three murders from the past. A fourth murder takes place, and Didier becomes involved. I think that I would be sceptical about Didier's suggested solution.</p>
