  one of my childhood's merriest memories is sitting down by myself, trying to master Tolkien's masterpieces. I'm surprised people ignore this fairytale in favor of primitive modern stories that hardly teach readers both old and young of anything but sheer vanity, claiming Tolkien’s work lacks multi-dimensional characters. looking carefully at what The Hobbit still has to teach me now, I'm astonished at how natural and believable the narrative pattern, how deep the questions raised and how incredibly powerful the messages and symbols in it still are. I can easily apply any of the absolutely human qualities described in the book to anyone around me and! the most important discovery has to be the fact that those qualities are of the best kind, of the most positive and pure nature. the conclusion is as stands: The Hobbit is the starting platform for Tolkien exploration and a must read, a brilliant discovery to anyone who has never held it in their hands, regardless of age or social status.
