This book is not my type at all. Can't stand fantasy about angels and demons, not because it insults my religious beliefs (actually, I'm not a bit religious), but because I suppose that making supernatural beings funny and pathetic leads to misusing the potential of these characters. They might have been great or incomprehensible, and here they are, Aziraphale, Crowley and others, such common guys, behaving so bloody human... That's my mistake - always expecting some serious consideration of God's and humanity's business and never getting one in such sort of literature.
However, I got involved at last. I must admit, that the book is very well written. It's full of irony and amusing jokes. There are many fragments, that might be quoted, but I'll attach only one sentence, that made me laugh aloud:

She was convinced that she was anorexic, because every time she looked in the mirror she did indeed see a fat person.

After taking into account the fact that I'm not a fan of the genre, but the book certainly made an impression on me, I give it 4 of 5. And it even raised some very serious problems jokingly...
Proper target readers will love this book, I'm sure.
I wouldn't call it an easy reading in English. Having both audio-book and the text was very helpful.
