It happens in the life that there is a well-know, even legendary story that exists in the world but you can't meet with it for a long time. You know the character's names, you suspect regarding the plot. But it's all from afar, all of it are only guesses. So, October 2020 was that time to get acquinted with that famous half fiction world.
D'Artagnan. After reading "The Three Musketeers" I have the name for all those maximalist youth. Just call them "oh you, young d'Artagnan". Don't forget about sardonic smile. As Dumas mentioned "he was a man of his epoch" with everything that can seem strange or peculiar for today's person (even for XIX's century person). D'Artagnan was a very pragmatic young man with good leadership skill. Pride, good manners and... hothead.
Atos. Superhero of that time. True aristocrate. Nuff said.
Porthos. As for me it was unpleasant that people consider him as the stupid one. Maybe due to his behaviour?
Aramis. True priest. Or true musketeer?
Cardinal Richelieu - that demonic intelligence and charisma, brrrr
Also, this book reminded how to make friends with men. To stand for the friends until the end. To sacrifice everything for them. And good manners during the conflict are the best weapon.
