Сказка о Дельта-дельте where evereyone has died besides her

And on this quite a positive note let me render into English.
First of all I'm reading the book as my boyfriend who is now in th army suggested me to read. And I just ny chance bought this book in English at the second-book store. Now I feel maybe it was fate.

Fate was all about the book. And actually it is a very weel-written novel where everything is for a reason. Paxton had to live through the death of her fater, alienation from a family and tragic and stupid death of her almost husband to get herself into deadly dangerous Viet Nam. I shall agree with her late freind RAlph that t was kind of fate that she didn't marry the firest guy or the second. But I think that if she really wanted to marry the guy - she would. Marriage wouldn't stop her from making a carrier as she anyhow didn't plan on making children with him anytime soon. The second guy with whom she kind of had an affair as he was married - I was like a healing process over loosing the first love. He was telling her how he was tired of his high-school sweetheart but still was very fondly thinking about his children. And I was touched how Paxton behaved after his death so not to upest his children and his wife. And I do think that he wouldn't have left the wife for Paxton. There we together in the present, but not in the future.

As for Tony- that was quite obvious that they would end upt together as such passion in romantic novels can mean only love. or sorry LOVE.

But just don't get me started on the last 50 pages of the book. It was too much in too little time. I mean I do remember that year passed - like 4 or something. And It is too much for a fairy tale happening in the end of the book.

But overall authour did a great job combinig a political and war history with a made-up love stiry that couldn't just happened.

Everyone was dying. It broke my heart reading about France and her children. But it was the truth of war time. Nothing good happens during war. That's why Paxton was so happy to get out of there. And she did hardened. And I don't think she was a bitch with not thinking about vietnamese people. It's the sad truth of life. we have that much place in our heart to think about someone else in our life.

Yes, the heroine was extemely lucky and as it seemed talented with the career. And with love - she kind of paid all her debts in advance so to have a happy end. Though no one can promise her and her partner an easy and calm life. PTSD is not a joke.

To the praise fo the book - I kind of thinking to check out the other books by the author. Even if it is a romantic novel - it is a well-written book.
