    Потрясающе.
Про музыку с изнанки, про любовь, цену бешеной популярности, революцию 60х, наркотики; про музыкантов - авторов шедевров, но абсолютных детей, которые не считали деньги и не несли ответственности ни за что. И сама Патти Бойд - неумеющая жить, но бесконечно добрая, которая даже сейчас не винит ни в чем всех тех ублюдков, который попадались ей по жизни :) ("They did the best they could with the tools they had. I hope and pray none of people I love so dearly will feel I am letting them down in any way.").

И ещё парочка цитат, из самых ярких:

"Eric came to me and said he was in love with me and wanted me to leave George and go away with him. I saind "No". At this point he prodused a small packet from his pocket and held it out toward me. "If you're not going to come with me, I'll take this. It's heroin." He did as he had threatened."

"I remember George coming downstairs with two guitars and two small amplifiers. As Eric walked through the door - full of brandy, as usual - George handed him a guitar and amp - as an eighteenth-century man might have handed his rival a sword - and for two hours, without a word, the dueled."

"When I finally got downstairs and asked the inevitable question: "Do I look all right?" Eric played me what he'd written:

It's late in the evening' she's wondering what clothes to wear.

She puts on her makeup and brushes her long blond hair.

And then she asks me, "Do I look all right?"

And I say, "Yes, you look wonderful tonight."
