There is a strange feeling that I have always known these characters. Always.

This was written under the drugs. The ideas from far astral, from deep human unconscious came to perfect receiver – Stephen King.

I don't know if it's only me who has this sensation of deja vu. If the characters are so archaic or they are mastered so professionally that it's impossible not to empathize them. They are cute kind children who are somehow different from all the rest. I liked Ben Hanscom the most, maybe the idea of transformation from ugly duck to beautiful swan is eternal as the plot twist. Their friendship (very strange friendship because it stopped after the victory over Pennywise in the childhood) is true, real like the friendship of the people who survived the war.

The idea of the main monster, the detective storyline of clarifying what da hell was this creature are good. Literary device of 2 parallel stories, with the mystery that remains until the end is good. Derry, Maine, it's so spooky. And good.

The feeling of discomfort, shock and mystery (I didn't feel any horror at all) are strong. What else can we wait from the good book? Although, I didn't get why didn't Pennywise kill them all easily.

The picture of Bill and Richi riding the bicycle, escaping from the werewolf will forever leave in my mind? Why? Maybe another deja vu.
