Автор отправляется в Кению, чтобы понять в чем секрет мирового госпоподства в беге, уже на протяжении многих лет, выходцев из одной страны, но ответ оказывается прост: бег с раннего детства, правильное для бегунов питание, тяжелая ежедневная работа(тренировки) и невероятное стремление к достижению целей. Бег - это путевка в жизнь для многих жителей этой маленькой страны и они пользуются ей, порой рискуя всем.
