Three Men in a Boat

From the first pages of the work, three Englishmen appear before us: George, Harris and Jay. They are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city and make a voyage along the Thames. Young people hurriedly began to get ready for the road, but they did it for a long time, forgetting to put one thing or another. To tell the truth, humorous stories are not unusual for me, and I started reading this book with skepticism. At first, it seemed to me that everything was too messy. But you know, for me, George, Harris and Jay have become real friends for all this time, which I miss in my life (Montmorency, I'm sorry, but I don't like dogs). Able to talk on any topic and know some interesting historical facts about England (I really love England). They always have a lot of ideas, which they carry out comically and funny. After reading this book, I felt the life of the English with their vices, boasting, and it seemed funny because the same traits are inherent in everyone. Jerome showed people with their flaws, but also their desire to change, to become better, kinder. This story has become another friend for me.
