Remember that the carbon in your body is the same
carbon that courses through this Earth, that makes up
mountains. Let this remind you that you can stand
alone, you can stand tall, for just like Everest, just like
Fuji, you are a force to be reckoned with.

I know it can be hard to believe in genuine connection when the world sometimes feels like a
hard and haunted place, when people dig into the soul
of you just to warm themselves by the fire of your
hope. But I promise, it exists.
