Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Gryffindor Edition

It was very dull work looking up bits of dreams in the Oracle and Harry was not cheered up when Professor Trelawney set them the task of keeping a dream diary for a month as homework.

“Well, I had one that I was playing Quidditch the other night,” said Ron, screwing up his face in an effort to remember. “What d’you reckon that means?”
“Probably that you’re going to be eaten by a giant marshmallow or something,” said Harry, turning the pages of The Dream Oracle without interest.

and Harry broke off, feeling both annoyed and slightly ashamed of himself again.

Serve them right, he thought.

“Can’t you give it a rest?”

“That was really unfair,” said Hermione consolingly, sitting down next to Harry <…>
“Yeah, well,” said Harry, glowering at his plate, “since when has Snape ever been fair to me?”

When at long last the bell rang, Harry was first out of the dungeon

“Homework: twelve inches of parchment on the properties of moonstone and its uses in potion-making, to be handed in on Thursday.”

Moronic though some of this class undoubtedly are, I expect you to scrape an ‘Acceptable’ in your O.W.L., or suffer my . . . displeasure.”
