The Russian edition.
It was actually quite a pleasant book to read, although it doesn't have revolutionary ideas or insights (at least for me), but I guess it might be a good one if you've never been in therapy or had a coach. It's like a gentle reminder of things you already know.
1. All problems and dreams are figureoutable.
2. If a problem is not figureoutable, it's not really a problem, it's a fact of life or a law of nature (like death or gravity).
3. You may not care enough to figure this problem out or achieve this particular dream. Find another problem or dream that ignites a blazing fire in your heart.
Nothing exists in our world that does not first exist in our mind (wasn't it something like what Disney said?). Also I reckon it's something they "teach" you in coaching - that if you can imagine you, you have the resources to do it.
Creative process: thoughts become feelings, feelings become behaviour, behaviour becomes results.
All beliefs are a choice and choices can be changed. All beliefs are learnt. Those creating pain or misery and suffering can be unlearnt.
I can't do something. "Can't" is a euphemism for "won't". In other words you don't want to. You don't want to get uncomfortable or it's not an important priority.
I can't = we behave lie powerless victims that don't have control over their time and resources. No responsibility. I wont = you're in charge, you've got the responsibility and control.
