•Getting extraordinary results is all about creating a domino effect in your life.
•Take 20 of 80. And then take 20 of 80 again
•When we fear something, we either consciously or subconsciously work against it.
•Once you’ve asked a big question, pause to imagine what life looks like with the answer. If you still can’t imagine it, go study people who have already achieved it. What are the models, systems, habits, and relationships of other people who have found the answer?
•Judge a person by his questions rather than his answers
•What’s the ONE Thing I can do / such that by doing it / everything else will be easier or unnecessary? (for my job; for my health; for my relationship)
•what’s the one thing I can do to improve my...?
•make a question specific: what can I do to get a job? What can I do to get a job in 6 months? What can I do to get offers? It will allow to get a full grasp of it
•try to find people who have already gone down the road you’re traveling, so you can research, model, benchmark, and trend their experience
•The research and experience of others is the best place to start when looking for your answer.
•If money is a metaphor for producing results, then it’s clear—a time-managing system’s success can be judged by the productivity it produces. Are you using the $10,000-a-year system? The $20,000-a-year system? The $1,000,000-plus system?
•If that one thing gives extraordinary results, you must devote to this thing extraordinary time. Not an hour per day but half of the day
•Multiply your income by 2/4/10/20, and write down the new number. Looking at it, ask yourself, “Will my current actions get me to this number in the next five years?” If they will, then keep doubling the number until they won’t.
