So in theory her duties as barback should have been:
- Keep bartenders supplied with a steady stream of clean glasses while removing the used ones.
- Make sure each garnish tray is well stocked at all times.
- Regularly check the garbage, taking it out before it overflows.
(Bailey did her best work when she could prioritize everything, preferably in list form.)
At the height of a rush, however, her list was far more likely to look like this:- DO EVERYTHING.
