sarcastronaut12 мая 2015 г.Twitter is shit. I have tried to dip in to see what it’s about, but it is woefully dull. I looked at various people’s tweets but found none of them in the slightest bit engaging. I’m starting to wonder if ‘less than 140 characters’ refers to the amount of interesting people using it.

sarcastronaut20 мая 2015 г.One of the oldest arguments against bad language in comedy is ‘Anyone can get a laugh by swearing.’ If that’s true, then can I heartily recommend these people give up their day jobs, get on stage and start shouting ‘Fuck’. It pays well and you get to travel the world. So what are they waiting for?

sarcastronaut14 мая 2015 г.If someone tells him some interesting fact, Lee will forget who told him and find himself telling it back to the person who told him in the first place. When Lee is told by the person it was actually them that told Lee, Lee will often save face by saying ‘No you didn’t’, with such extreme confidence he makes the other person question their own sanity. He can make people crack. Which Lee sees as a small price to pay for being seen to be in the right.

sarcastronaut12 мая 2015 г.Читать далееLee is surprised to hear a psychiatrist swearing. He wonders if the usual is happening. The ‘usual’ being that since becoming a comedian he notices people swear at him much more. Particularly people who wouldn’t normally do it, like mums in the playground who he hardly knows. Lee assumes this is because they see him swearing on television and assume that this is how Lee talks all the time, so they are trying to do this as a bonding thing. Lee always finds this odd. He then decides that Brian isn’t actually doing this for effect though, and her swearing is more to do with the fact that she is Irish, because in Ireland it is not only acceptable for people to swear, it’s actually compulsory.
