Это - не книга, а по сути глава из книги автора. Написано очень достойно, хотя материалу уже много лет.

И начинающий руководитель, и умудренный годами опыта топ-менеджер могут почерпнуть из неё немало полезного.

Прочитать можно за вечер, а внедрить в свою жизнь можно не успеть и за год.

Do not try to change yourself - you are unlikely to succeed. But work hard to improve the way you perform. And try not to take on work you cannot perform or will only perform poorly.
