Эта бессмертная фраза (Пелевин, кажется) должна служить эпиграфом к этой книге. крайне рекомендую к прочтению всем, кто повернут на всесилии спецслуж вообще и ЦРУ в частности. Наглядно показывает, как сиюминутные решения повседневных проблем вытекают в долгосрочные тяжелые последствия, о которых никто не думает и на которые всем наплевать, потому что никто не несёт за них ответственности. Так вышло.
