The story is too well known for me to analyze or retell it. So I just want to say a few words about the book itself. This is a book of a really high quality, you can tell it by thick pages and hard colorful cover. The font is very unique, it looks kind of like a modern version of the gothic font and the first letters in every chapter are of a special design.
It is hard not to mention the beautiful pictures by W.W. Denslow. The book is full of them and they are just gorgeous, full of life and character. Definitely, it is a perfect book for anyone' collection, which will live through the generations.1132
