  This story seems very confusing. Or I might be a bit dumb. It’s probably both.
  
  I liked the mystery here. The motives, the misdirections, the mix of personal and political affairs.
  
  It’s really hard to follow, though. Lots of people are introduced at multiple points of the story, and, without writing things down, it’s impossible to keep track of all the people involved, which ones are suspects, how is everyone connected, etc.
  
  Overall, a solid Christie but may not be the best choice if you don’t feel like untangling too many threads.
