  Quite

  The book is ok, and the plot is too.
  There's no point in criticizing the author, who writes books for 11-12 year old children, when we're 18-21 ourselves. When I was that age, some of his books seemed really creepy to me, and I was afraid to stay alone in a room.
  Now that I am a little older, I can afford to write read it in english without serious problems.
  My conclusion is that the book is perfectly suited for children, whose level of "im-not-scared" is quite low. Some of the books would even suit the high level. But that's already another story...
