Never read this S.H.I.T. trilogy !

This author screwed up the whole Spellforce universe. I bet she never played a single game or even cared to read fantasy classic and that made the biggest shame for fantasy itself. Donno who gave her some literature price but for sure there is something about money.

From the very start it feels disgusting to look after events that turn around blood and family ties but for dozens pages you hope that there is some huge matter the author is going to solve with big battles and magic. No. There is no magic or action! Almost at all!

Main hero has no battle experience, but all other mages and warriors say that their only hope is he - Goren. You wait and wait for him to unleash his skills for there is a hell of an army threatening his home, the castle he left as a child. But no untill the very end of 3rd book you just read about stupid things that dont really affect anything.

All the heroes talk and talk and talk and untill the siege of castle they just killed couple of orcs and some spider thing, that was like a boss in a second book that they met on a road. Just an excuse to expectations for people that waited something from reading that second part.

So the 3rd part of trilogy gives to reader a hope, like all that magic items and stories about "convocation" and great mages will get put into an action.(dont be so naive).

The main enemy, Gorens father, Ruorim has some sword that is actually can kill the dragon that defends the castle... And just like the all other stuff that author thrown into readers head is used just once and doesn't play its role. Father wanted to get the castle to become ruler of he's people but instead of fight with the old ruler(Gorens granddad)gave all away for nothing because he found in a history book that Ruorim is a legitimate heir.

So for a period of time Ruorim became good and author justified it with some arguments. But then again it goes like Ursula wants to tell us "more of important things".

From start i have counted like 6 times when someone of heroes was imprisoned after their perfect plan... And when main hero Goren decides eventually to fight(without experience in fighting and against some magic sword of his father) guess what was his motivation?

    - I have a good sword

(as he says about simple, usual metal sword he just found on the go)

All in all, after everything you find out about Spellforce planet and the trilogy ends, there is as many questions left unanswered as much useless information author gives you. I can say all detailed descriptions she give are pointless. Even the great battle for the castle is just like 3 or 4 pages long.

The only thing that makes happy is that you can never read that crap again and be more careful with choosing literature. But its sad that the only rts rival to warcraft is screwed because of some fk pi of ft sit... that author.

Father made a son, killed his mother, and son eventually revenged his father. Is it what Spellforce fans deserve?

Ow yea and with that Unshalalalalahs name that is posted in the end of talks or chapters it feels like you reading some muslim adept that just wanted to make a joke of all Spellforce universe 'cus she had nothing else to do. !
