  I always love my comebacks to TJR’s books!!

  actually, i wasn’t really planing on reading this book right now, but because of all the hype around the series, i did read it. and i did love it. 
  

  
  

  TJR is unmistakably one of the best authors to shift you in the world she created straight from the beginning(works for me every time). and probably that’s one of the things i love most about her writing - the reality of what you’re reading about. it hits you on a lot of levels: despite all the chaos, you just want to be there, you want to become one the characters and to live their life. 
  

  it does help that the world TJR is bringing us into in most of her books, is the world we all secretly desire to be in. and her stories are a  one pretty window to sneak in and pretend for a few days, while reading, that you’re also one of the biggest stars known to human history. 
  

  
  

  i want to specifically highlight one thing i love the most - Taylor Jenkins Reid is always writing about strong and powerful women. it does make my heart melt when i’m reading about girlboss women who can easily show men where their place is. and it always reminds me that the world actually does belong to women and we should never forget how much power we hold in ourselves over everyone and everything!
