  I’ve got a fing called situs inversus. All my organs are reversed, like, mirror image. My ’eart’s on the right-hand side. Anomie fort ’e was stabbin’ me frew the ’eart, but he punctured my lung instead. I never knew I was the wrong way round inside, never needed an X-ray before all this ’appened.
