Napoli4 июля 2015War -- This type of pattern is not limited to man's relationship with man. It can be seen throughout many facets of relationships between humanity and nature itself. When humans migrate onto a land area, they tend to engage in battle with many of the creatures that are indigenous and a part of the natural balance. The words we humans choose to describe many of the indigenous beings that dwell in nature and that do not possess exploitable aspects, or somehow hinder the production of otherwise human-useful resources, tell us much about the human perception of itself and nature. For example, plants that are not useful in ornamental or food gardening are named "weeds". Insects are often termed "bugs". Any creature that poses a threat to human comfort is termed a "pest". (...) these beings shift their balance and produce new resilient life forms that can be dangerous to humanity. It becomes survival of the fittest and toughest.
